Like daffodils (
Narcissus), tulips are divided into many different Divisions, based on flower morphology (shape and design), plant size, and bloom time. Here's a
decent link that lists the 15 Divisions if you are curious to learn a little more.
...and of course I have to mention the 20,000 tulips blooming in the north (French) garden.
